The people! Everyone working at MI Systems is working toward the same goal and striving to contribute to the success of the organization.
What do you find the most challenging about your role?
Supply Chain as a whole has become more and more challenging over the last 3 years. We are able to combat these challenges through organizational emphasis on sustainability, and building strong vendor relationships and partnerships.
What are you most proud of with MI Systems or your role?
My leadership team, and their trust in my abilities. I take pride knowing that I am valued, and trusted, to lead my team and provide a positive impact to the organization.
What are some hobbies or interests that you enjoy when you’re not at work?
Hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.
Where do/would you go for your dream vacation?
A creek side cabin in the mountains of northern Wyoming
