Mrs. Ferreira brings more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the private and public accounting sectors to MI Systems. She has a breadth of experience working with startups and publicly traded companies, including Big Four, Ernst & Young and Schlumberger, a leading oilfield services S&P 500 company. She joined the company as VP of Finance in July 2022 and was named CFO in January 2023.

In her previous roles, she was responsible for overseeing global and domestic financial accounting and reporting functions spanning 26 countries, multiple product lines and more than $4 billion in annual revenues. Her wealth of knowledge and experience has been used to support the growth of multiple VC-backed startups in the oil & gas industry by successfully developing budgeting and reporting models, establishing company financial organizations and practices, and implementing new ERP platforms.

Mrs. Ferreira is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. She also holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
